Carlos Montoya, Ph.D., is a Senior Project Manager at SAM with over 15 years of LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping experience in the transportation engineering market. He has managed projects across the U.S. and Latin America and possesses a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering. Carlos manages a team of geospatial subject matter experts who build innovative and creative approaches for a diverse set of geomatic programs.
